Has 5 wells that have 2
towers. One well has motorburnt out, expects to replace today. Never lost
below 50psi. 2 wells ran on intermitent generator for 4-5 hrs. Never had a
boil order. At first test sight-far end on south:total=1.4ch,free=1.1fr. At 2nd test sight-middle of
system:total=1.6,free =1.0. At 3rd
test sight-north side end of line:total=1.2,free=1.0. Main concern people calling for
chlorine,he has enough for next week, supposed to have 10 bottles coming in
today if he gets it he will be set for a month-not giving any away. Has
offered manual assistance to anyone that need's it. Just call has spare parts for chlorinators, etc. (Spoke with Johnathan
Johnson-Superintendant), |

Doing routine
testing. NEED 125 KW Generator. 2800
ft well, pressure was below 20. Town
only has one well and one truck, no other back-up wells or trucks. Mr. Lamonte asked near-by water system to
purchase water to fill his tank during an emergency. This other water system is three feet
away. His request to purchase water
was denied for fear of loss of pressure.
A borrowed generator ws used after the hurricane. |
