question about it. Lourain County did have a guaranteed loan. It's just that no
one on the City's side raised that issues as a defense. So the question really
is how much of a precedent is this case? I would cite it as an indirect
precedent at best. It did not really deal with the guaranteed loan issue
directly on point. I guess I would argue that if the court didn't think it was
relevant then guaranteed loans are protected. But as you and I know, the court
only deals with the issues that are put before it so the other side can easily
argue that the issue is NOT resolved.
